Software engineer — AI systems & Odoo. At NicorAI I build the software clients run their business on: web and mobile products, AI systems with real data behind them, and custom Odoo features that the community edition does not ship with.

I work on client products end to end at NicorAI Systems: scoping with the client, building the product, shipping it, and staying with it after launch. Two things take most of my time right now: AI systems that are useful beyond a demo, and custom Odoo development.

Reliable is a process, not a personality trait.

    Listen

    A short call or a walk through your current flow. I write down what is actually broken, not what the brief says.

  2. 02 / 05

    Map

    The current process on one page: tools, spreadsheets, people, handoffs. We agree what the software must do on day one.

  3. 03 / 05

    Build

    Working software every week, demoed on your data. Scope changes are written down, not absorbed silently.

  4. 04 / 05

    Ship

    Infra, CI, monitoring and a handover doc. It runs without me in the room.

    Stay

    Support after launch, and a second iteration once real users have had a month with it.
